• Purchase Order – Payment by employer – AVAILABLE UNTIL DECEMBER 8, 2019.
o The participant needs to complete the on-line Registration Form, and select “Purchase Order” in the “Payment Method”
o Following the submission of the on-line Registration Form, a purchase order from the employer should be sent to:

Please note that forms received with no payment details or without a purchase order to cover payment, will not be processed.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the Conference Secretariat:

Refund will be made as follows:
- Cancellations received by December 3, 2019: full refund less 10% handling fee
- Cancellations received by December 11, 2019: 60% refund will be made
- Cancellations received as of December 12, 2019: no refund
