Registration fees include:

**The on-line registration form will close on December 13, 2017. After that date, registration will be available on-site.

   Please ensure that ISBE2017 and the name of the participant are stated on the bank transfer. 

   o Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source, in addition to the registration fees.
   o Please send copy of the bank transfer to the Conference Secretariat, Diesenhaus-Unitours to  
      meetings@diesenhaus.com or to the fax number +972-3-5610152.

• Commitment – Payment by employer (Israeli participants only) – AVAILABLE UNTIL DECEMBER 3, 2017.
  o The participant needs to complete the on-line Registration Form, and select “Commitment” in the “Payment Method”
     field.
  o Following the submission of the on-line Registration Form, a purchase order from the employer should be sent to: 
     Diesenhaus-Unitours to meetings@diesenhaus.com or by fax to +972-3-5610152 stating the amount and services
     covered.  A bank transfer should follow.

Please note that forms received with no payment details or without a purchase order to cover payment, will not be processed.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the Conference Secretariat:

Refund will be made as follows:

  • Cancellations received by December 3, 2017: full refund less 10% handling fee
  • Cancellations received by December 11, 2017: 60% refund will be made
  • Cancellations received as of December 12, 2017: no refund

 please have ready your passport number (overseas participants) or ID number (Israeli participants).
